Deeper Waters
Tuesday evenings at 7:00-9:30 in Room 224. Our mission is to build up strong teens who desire a deep relationship with God. Please join us as we dive into current topics that affect teen's everyday life . You will also enjoy our time of worship, drama, fellowship, and food.
Deeper on Tuesday Night:
We focus on seeking the Lord in worship, prayer, and intercession. There is also a time for individual ministry at the end of the service. The teens have the opportunity to eat and fellowship afterwards.
Missions and Outreach
We will be having an outreach event every month. We desire the teens to develop an attitude of servant hood towards their community and to develop a passion for evangelism. Every month we have either a prayer walk or we feed the homeless in Washington DC . We also want to encourage teens quarterly to give away clothes they no longer wear or things they no longer use. We will donate these to various ministries.
In the summer of ‘07, a team consisting of adult leaders and teens traveled to New Orleans to share the love of Jesus by continuing to provide relief to those affected by Hurricane Katrina.
